Bobby Atkinson, 37, has been accused of threatening his wife during an argument at their home in Louisville, Kentucky.
According to police reports, the confrontation began after Atkinson’s wife allegedly discovered another woman inside the house.
Investigators say Atkinson allegedly armed himself with a handgun while the woman was preparing her children for school.

According to reports, both dogs — Brooklyn and Seven — appeared to be:

The dogs were taken to Louisville Metro Animal Services for emergency treatment.
Police Arrested Suspect Same Day
Police arrested Bobby Atkinson at around 3:40 p.m. on May 21.
