Authorities in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, have charged Arturo F. Taylor, 54, with first-degree murder in connection with the death of his girlfriend, Colleen Bagley, 50.
According to the Elk Grove Village Police Department, officers responded to a hotel on Landmeier Road around 4:18 a.m. on Feb. 25 after receiving a report about an unresponsive person.
When officers arrived at the location, they discovered Bagley’s body inside a dumpster near the hotel.

Medical Examiner Rules Death a Homicide
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office later identified the victim as Colleen Bagley, a resident of Fox Lake, Illinois.
