Officials said he remains in the Charlotte County Jail without bond.

A witness reportedly helped Olson out of his truck after the crash and noticed that he had slurred speech.
According to investigators, Olson admitted he had been driving and told troopers he was having a “bad” night. He also claimed he had consumed one glass of wine at a restaurant called Sip & Sizzle in Fort Myers.
However, blood test results reportedly showed his blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was 0.222, which is nearly three times Florida’s legal driving limit.
