A 28-year-old man identified as Brian Koch has been arrested after allegedly impersonating a police officer during an attempted carjacking.
Authorities say the shocking incident happened on April 29 at an airport, where a woman became the target of what police describe as a dangerous and carefully planned encounter.
Koch is now facing multiple felony charges and is currently being held without bond.
How the Alleged Carjacking Happened
According to investigators, the victim was sitting alone inside her parked car when Brian Koch allegedly approached her.
