The incident took place in the Sun Valley area of Los Angeles during the early hours of Monday, around 1 a.m. Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department were investigating a vehicle parked on Telfair Avenue.
During their search, officers reportedly found suspicious packages inside the vehicle. Due to safety concerns, they immediately called in the bomb squad for further inspection.
Area Secured and Residents Evacuated
As a precaution, police quickly set up a security perimeter around the area. Residents nearby were asked to evacuate to ensure their safety while authorities handled the situation.
