Investigators later found that Armstrong tracked his location and waited outside a restaurant where he met Wilson.

After Strickland dropped Wilson at her friend’s apartment, Armstrong allegedly followed her.

She was later brought back to the United States and faced trial.
Court Verdict and Sentence
In November 2023, Armstrong was found guilty of first-degree murder. The court sentenced her to 90 years in prison.
