The arrest took place in Norman, where 39-year-old Trisha Wilda was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Officials said she was arrested on March 24 after investigators tracked her location and worked with local law enforcement to carry out the arrest without any issues.

Wilda is facing multiple serious charges, including theft from an at-risk person, criminal exploitation, and identity theft. These charges are related to allegations that she misused her position as a caretaker.
Authorities believe she took advantage of a vulnerable individual who depended on her for care.

According to the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office, the case involves a 96-year-old woman who was under Wilda’s care.
Before her death, the victim reported suspicious activity on her credit cards. Investigators later found that up to $25,000 had been charged without proper permission.
After examining the transactions, detectives were able to trace the charges back to Wilda.
Investigation and Arrest
Following a detailed investigation, authorities obtained an arrest warrant. The case was then handed over to a U.S. Marshals task force, which quickly located Wilda in Oklahoma.
