A Florida woman has been arrested after allegedly urinating on thousands of dollars’ worth of items in two separate Airbnb properties. Nicolette Keough, 31, of Pensacola, faces charges of felony criminal mischief following the disturbing incident, which caused significant damage to the rental properties.
The Incident and Damage
On March 15, 2026, an Airbnb owner filed a criminal mischief complaint against Keough after discovering that a number of items in the property had been ruined. According to Pensacola Police Department (PPD) documents, the owner learned that Keough had urinated on several items in the rental home.
The situation was further complicated when the owner found videos of a woman, later identified as Keough, urinating in the Airbnb. These videos had been uploaded to an adult content website.
Additionally, the owner reported a strong smell of urine in the home following Keough’s visit. Upon investigation, police confirmed that Keough had also urinated in another Airbnb property owned by the same individual on the same street.
Extensive Damage to Items
The damage caused by the alleged actions of Keough was significant. The owner found several items destroyed, including an antique Crown Royal chair, a rug, a typewriter, four dining room chairs, a coffee maker, a bed, a TV, a record player, a toaster, and an electric fireplace. According to the police report, the total damage exceeded $3,000, which led to Keough facing felony charges of criminal mischief.
Keough’s Arrest and Alleged Motive
Keough was eventually arrested after the police learned of the incident and her involvement. Public information officer Mike Wood of the Pensacola Police Department stated that Keough had allegedly uploaded the videos to make money, suggesting she may have been attempting to profit from her actions.
Keough has since been released on bond, but it remains unclear whether she currently has legal representation.
